As a user, we are expecting something new. This is even more noticeable in the case of software designed for a specific purpose and for a limited group of users.

In the case of mobile applications, simplicity and intuitiveness of use, uninterrupted operation or the availability of new functions and versions in one click, as well as optimization of battery consumption and reasonable amounts of data transferred, are important, while for cloud services, reliability of the solution and many software options and opportunities.
